Peace On Earth

There is such unrest in our country and world today.  I hope the following story can bring a sense of comfort.

A young man once asked a wise older man, "How can we create peace on earth?  The earth is filled with problems and people are killing each other.  Many are living in fear of what might happen to them."

The wise old man answered,  "When you, young man, are able to fill your heart with love and look at others in your world with acceptance rather than judgement, that will be the beginning of
 PEACE ON EARTH."  

The is a song that I have hard i church that goes, "Let there be peace on earth and let it begin with me.  Let there be peace on earth the peace that is meant to be.  With God as our Father, brothers all are we. Let us work with each other in perfect harmony."  

I think this is a beautiful statement regarding the responsibility that each of us has to make the world a better place by BEING THE CHANGE WE WANT TO SEE IN THE WORLD.
